Child & Family Services 4C (Community Coordinated Child Care) is a resource and referral agency providing free information and services to:  parents, child care providers, employers, and the public.

Our mission is to assist in providing quality, accessible, and affordable child care in Northeast Michigan.  Child & Family Services 4C serves the following nine counties:  Alcona, Alpena, Cheboygan, Crawford, Iosco, Montmorency, Oscoda, Otsego, and Presque Isle.
