Child and Family Services 4C will be happy to pay postage to send you your requested book (s) one time per month if you are outside Alpena County.  If you reside within Alpena County we would ask that you be responsible for the pick up and return of all books.  Books can be checked out for a maximum of 3 weeks.  Our 4C staff will attempt to call and remind you to return checked out items.  Please note that if the book (s) are not returned, the book will be considered a lost book.  A flat fee of $25.00 will be billed for each book that is not returned within one month.  Outstanding fees can be made payable to Child and Family Services 4C.
